YOU on a Diet - Week Four

I have lost 3 and 1/2 inches from my waist. Considering last week's junk food fest this is good news.

I am going to try and maintain this size or maybe even lose another inch or two. That said, there is a plate of Cacio e Pepe (bucatini pasta with cheese, olive oil and cracked black pepper) with my name on at 'Gusto Osteria.

You go girl! Go ahead and have that pasta. One dish is not going to make you or break you. Enjoy life, in smaller portions..haha! I'm down 31 lbs. now! By the way, I bought the Secret dvd and it's pretty inspiring. I highly recommmend it. It makes sense. Happy nibbling!

31lbs?! That is fantastic. Most people pack on weight during the winter. You are going to have to do some major shopping for Spring clothes.

Thank J. Doe. I don't know how many pounds I have lost because I haven't weighed myself. My clothes are fitting much better, which is nice.

i'm still reading YOU. the connection between what you eat and how it affects your body is amazing. yes, it should be obvious, but it isn't. and it makes the thought of actually modifying your behavoirs a possibility.
